Trapped

Unable to express these feelings inside,
Boiling throughout with rage,
As he tries to look far wide,
Finds himself trapped within the cage

Powerless to break past these shackles,
Stuck within the circle of duty,
Shaking up his heart's hackles,
No longer enjoying the spring beauty

Withering down like autumn leaves,
Breaking apart piece by piece,
Smoked up everything he believes,
Hopeless for any kind of peace

Being chased away into darkness,
Defenceless against his ferocity,
Scarred along with his word's sharpness,
Can't help but endure his animosity

Hiding behind the veil of attachment,
Entangled fear becoming rife,
Resolves around the final judgement,
Escaping his forlorn state of life
